ΣΚΟΠΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ:

 Ο site engineer θα καλύψει της ανάγκες για την επίβλεψη της κατασκευής, τον έλεγχο ποιότητας, σε Δημόσια Έργα της εταιρείας στο Ν. Αττικής 5 ετούς διάρκειας. Κτιριακά κατά κανόνα.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΕΩΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ:

·   Παρακολούθηση – Επίβλεψη Έργων: Παρουσία στα έργα για την παρακολούθηση της κατασκευής, και την αναφορά προς επίλυση οποιωνδήποτε προβλημάτων  προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια των εργασιών.

· Επικοινωνιακή διαχείριση -συνεννόηση με Μηχανικό Τεχνικής Υπηρεσίας.

·  Ποιοτικός έλεγχος: Θα διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργασίες πραγματοποιούνται σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, τα πρότυπα ποιότητας και την διατήρηση άριστης εικόνας εργοταξίου.

·  Διαχείριση χρόνου: Θα διασφαλίζει και θα ενημερώνει ότι οι εργασίες ολοκληρώνονται εντός των προκαθορισμένων χρονικών πλαισίων, σύμφωνα με τον προγραμματισμό.

·  Σύνταξη -τήρηση χρονοδιαγράμματος εκτέλεσης έργου.

·  Υγιεινή και ασφάλεια: Θα επιβλέπει τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας και θα διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργαζόμενοι τηρούν αυτούς τους κανόνες.

·  Επικοινωνία και αναφορά: Θα διατηρεί επαφή με τον project manager του έργου και θα παρέχει αναφορές σχετικά με την πρόοδο του έργου για τυχόν προβλήματα.

· Υπεύθυνος σύνταξης ημερησίου ημερολογίου έργου.

·  Διενέργεια προμετρήσεων και επιμετρήσεων: Θα πραγματοποιεί προμετρήσεις και επιμετρήσεις των εργασιών και των απαιτούμενων υλικών για τις παραγγελίες καθώς και θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τον έλεγχο των επιμετρήσεων των υπεργολάβων.

·  Ενημέρωση προγράμματος ERP: Θα συμβάλλει στην ενημέρωση του προγράμματος ERP στα έργα που επιβλέπει στο κύκλωμα των εντολών αγοράς και των πιστοποιήσεων 

Requirements

ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ   

· Πολιτικός Μηχανικός ΑΕΙ Ή ΤΕΙ

· Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

· Γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office, Autocad (Βασικές Γνώσεις)

ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ  

· Προϋπηρεσία 5 έτη με εμπειρία σε Fit Out Κτιριακών Έργων (κυρίως Δημοσίων ή και Ιδιωτικών

Θα αξιoλογηθούν εξοικείωση με ERP και Ms Project

· Δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων: Ικανότητα στην αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων και στην εύρεση λύσεων κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου.

· Δεξιότητες προσαρμογής: Να είναι ευέλικτος και να μπορεί να προσαρμόζεται σε αλλαγές και απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις.

· Καλή κρίση: Ικανότητα να λαμβάνει αποφάσεις με βάση λογικά κριτήρια και ανάλυση δεδομένων.

· Ομαδικότητα: Να συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με τα μέλη της ομάδας, τους συναδέλφους και άλλους επαγγελματίες για την επίτευξη κοινών στόχων.

· Επιμέλεια και προσήλωση στο αποτέλεσμα: Να είναι προσεκτικός και επιμελής και να δεσμεύεται για την επίτευξη της υψηλότερης δυνατής ποιότητας και αποτελεσμάτων, αποφεύγοντας προχειρότητα.
