As a Spa Therapist, you will provide visitors with professional and exciting wellness and massage treatments. The ideal candidate shall be able to offer a complete range of treatments covering the different needs of our guests taken care of by following the company's SOPs. Responsibilities
  • Deliver a variety of spa treatments to guests, such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs
  • Assess guest needs and preferences, and provide customized spa experiences
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in treatment rooms and work areas
  • Promote and sell spa products to enhance the guest experience and meet sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in spa techniques and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel
  • Valid certification in relevant spa therapies and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of multiple languages, including English and Greek, is desirable
