Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or digital marketing— with at least 2 years in a senior client-facing or Account Director role
  • Strong strategic planning and deep knowledge of media dynamics, digital ecosystems, and how channel strategy influences creative ideation
  • Strong grasp of paid/organic content strategies, social channel mechanics, and audience engagement principles
  • Proven record in leading cross-channel campaigns, managing teams, and owning client relationships end-to-end
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; a compelling communicator and trusted advisor
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into business results—and business needs into powerful creative briefs
  • Commercial mindset with strong capabilities in budgeting, revenue tracking, and strategic growth planning
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Communication Leadership

  • Develop fully integrated, insight-driven communication strategies that unify creative and media to drive results
  • Champion the creative-media synergy by translating data and audience behavior into meaningful, platform-specific narratives
  • Collaborate with Creative, Media, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are holistic, impactful, and measurable
  • Own client relationships end-to-end, from pitch to performance, delivering clear strategic direction and measurable results
  • Translate insights and trends into actionable plans that inspire clients and teams alike

Social Media & Content Excellence

  • Develop and oversee robust social media strategies, ensuring seamless integration with broader brand goals
  • Guide teams on content development and distribution, optimizing for relevance, engagement, and impact across platforms
  • Monitor content performance and apply data to inform editorial calendars and community management practices
Client Growth & Business Development
  • Champion accounts profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth through strategic planning and business acumen
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, supporting the agency's commercial objectives
  • Lead and win RFPs, pitches, and high-stakes client presentations

Team Management & Operational Excellence

  • Mentor and empower Account Managers and Executives, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Oversee all project scopes, timelines, and budgets with diligence and foresight
  • Monitor and report on account financials including forecasting, profitability, and KPIs
  • Ensure delivery excellence: on-time, on-budget, on-brief
