As an Executive Chef at Rizos Resorts, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the unparalleled beauty of Corfu through our culinary offerings. • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect traditional Greek cuisine and local ingredients
• Develop and design innovative menus that celebrate the flavors of Corfu and Greece
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest dining experiences
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster culinary skills and creativity
• Monitor food presentation and taste to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine and culinary techniques
• Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative kitchen environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences
