IT Manager

Mellon Technologies on behalf of a leading company in the Banking Sector is looking to add an IT Manager to become part of their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor teams comprised of both internal and external IT professionals.
• To be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of numerous critical systems within the company.
• Accountable for making suggestions for improvements and taking personal initiative in adapting to change.
• Engaging with stakeholders from various divisions and departments.
• Work using agile methodologies in collaboration with internal teams to ensure road maps are achieved within agreed time frames.
• Systems issue management and solution.

Requirements

• Working experience and knowledge of Insurance systems.
• At least 5-7 years working experience as a Java Developer.
• Experience designing, building, and testing Java applications.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven problem-solving skills, ability to communicate clearly, and collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Excellent proficiency in Greek and English.
• Knowledge/experience in .NET, Informatica, SQL,  Reporting Services.
