Responsibilities- Perform in-depth analyses of social media metrics to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across different social media platforms.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that highlight findings and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement effective data-driven social media strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics.
- Support the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns based on data insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, especially in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, especially in conveying data insights effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines efficiently.
