Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Antipollution, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of diverse projects. Reporting to the Circular Economy Director, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop detailed project scopes and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules using project management best practices.
• Assess feasibility based on financial assessments, market conditions, and environmental factors.

On-Site Coordination and Execution:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and on-site teams to monitor activities and resolve challenges.

Financial Oversight and Reporting:

• Monitor expenditures and ensure strict budget adherence in collaboration with the finance department.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols while ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
• Foster a safety-first culture through team training and adherence to regulations.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Research new opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams with guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to secure permits and maintain compliance throughout projects.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education: BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. PMP Certification preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on, on-site project management experience in waste management. Exposure to soil remediation and building demolitions is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource management, and business principles.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian or German is an asset.
