Junior Financial Data Analyst

On behalf of its client, a global leader in security solutions, LMW is looking for a Junior Financial Data Analyst to join their Finance Team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of financial principles, and a genuine interest in turning raw data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Month-End Close Processes: Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly financial results for group reporting, including various internal and external financial reports.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to the development of detailed forecasts and budgets, including labor cost analysis at the individual level, statistical modeling, and depreciation projections.
• Accounting Ledger Support: Prepare and post accounting ledger entries, particularly for US GAAP conversions, including provisions and cost allocation entries for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in financial analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially of MS Excel (pivot tables, functions etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written).
• Analytical mindset and a strong ability to derive solutions and patterns for data.
