ValueSync is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our Client's team specializing in Kids Apparel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the children's clothing market. You will conduct field visits, identify new business opportunities, and promote our Client's product offerings to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new retail opportunities in the kids apparel industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking to expand the client base.
  • Present and promote products effectively to retail partners through in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the fashion or kids apparel industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
