Responsibilities- Perform thorough analysis of social media performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that visualize campaign performance for clients.
- Research and monitor social media trends, identifying opportunities for client engagement and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to inform social media strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly in Spanish to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media analytics and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience or strong understanding of data analysis, particularly within social media contexts.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
