Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret social media data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and update reporting dashboards to track client performance across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to inform and develop data-driven social media strategies.
- Present insights and findings in Italian to clients and team members.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in social media analytics and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in data analysis, especially within social media metrics and tools.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) and familiarity with analytics software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into straightforward insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating findings clearly.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
