AEM Developer

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend development and has hands-on experience building robust, scalable, and secure solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEM backend components, including Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and workflows.
• Build and manage secure integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Support headless and API-driven architectures using AEM JSON Model and GraphQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, including dispatcher-level configurations and caching.
• Optionally contribute to front-end development using frameworks like React.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AEM backend development (preferably AEM as a Cloud Service), Java, OSGi, Sling Models, servlets, and workflows.
• Experience with API development, including REST, JSON Model, and GraphQL.
• Deep understanding of dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
• Expertise in secure data handling, data exchange, and integration with external systems.
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and development best practices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or is a plus.
• Knowledge of headless CMS implementations using AEM frontend SDKs is beneficial.
• Adobe AEM developer certification is a plus.
