About the role Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Sports & Activities Hosts (Instructors) across all over of Greece. If you lead safe, high-energy sports & fitness sessions and engage guests of all ages, wed like to meet you. What youll do Deliver the daily activities program: beach volleyball, 5-a-side football, tennis/padel basics, table tennis, archery* where available, aqua aerobics, stretching & circuit classes, bike tours. Manage sign-ups and briefings, set up areas and perform risk checks & equipment inspections. Coach mixed-ability groups with inclusive, upbeat communication; track attendance/feedback. Coordinate with Entertainment/Kids Club/Watersports for tournaments and joint events, support occasional evening activities. Maintain courts, gear, and activity spaces; report faults and incidents promptly. What you bring Sports/recreation/fitness coaching (hotel, camp, leisure center) or proven club coaching background. English for guest communication (additional languages a plus). Strong group-leading and customer-service mindset, mic confidence for classes/events is welcome. Certifications preferred: Fitness Instructor (EQF L3/L4/EREPS),  Good physical stamina; confident swimmer for aqua sessions. Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends). Eligibility to work in Greece. (Clean record suitable for family environments.) Whats on offer Placement in premium and modern facilities. Accommodation provided + 3 meals/day.
