In deze rol ondersteun je klanten bij boekingen, wijzigingen en algemene vragen, en zorg je voor een uitstekende klantervaring via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Na een succesvolle trainingsperiode op locatie is het mogelijk om op afstand te werken, afhankelijk van prestaties en projectbehoeften. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Klanten professioneel ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat Assisteren bij boekingen, wijzigingen, annuleringen en algemene vragen Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van klantverzoeken Werken volgens vastgestelde kwaliteits- en serviceprocedures Samenwerken met interne teams om problemen snel op te lossen Wat wij zoeken Vloeiend Nederlands (C1/C2) en goede beheersing van Engels (B2 of hoger) Klantgerichte en communicatief sterke persoonlijkheid Bereidheid om in wisselende diensten te werken EU-burger of geldig werkrecht voor Griekenland Beschikbaar om de training op locatie in Athene te volgen Werkrooster 40 uur per week (8 uur per dag, 5 dagen per week) Roterende diensten tussen 08:00 en 00:00, maandag t/m zondag Wat wij bieden Competitief salaris 14 salarissen per jaar (12 maandelijks + vakantiegeld + eindejaarsbonus) Prestatiegerichte bonusregeling 25 vakantiedagen per jaar Privé ziektekosten- en levensverzekering Maaltijdvergoeding (€50 per maand) Vast contract Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken na de trainingsperiode Waarom bij ons werken?
