Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channelsResearch and identify effective solutions to resolve customer issues or concernsServe as the first point of contact for business partners or clients, assisting with queries related to products, services, or account managementProvide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools, systems, and proceduresMaintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer or partner experienceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent/native in Croatian with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as good proficiency in English.High school diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related fieldStrong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply product or service knowledge effectivelyProficiency with computers and customer service toolsEligibility to work in Greece.
