Spanish Customer Support Specialist – SM Project

We are looking for native Spanish speakers with good command of English who are customer-focused, resilient, and eager to grow in a dynamic tech-driven environment. About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle user requests and inquiries through a ticket-based system. Most communication is done in English (thanks to an automatic translation tool), so your role will focus on categorizing issues, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring seamless user experience. You will be supporting two main verticals: 1. Markets Vertical – Account Access & Business SupportAssist users with account access issues and media sharing (images, videos, voice).Provide support to Classic & SMB workflows, ensuring businesses can use the app effectively.Follow established workflows for incident escalation, resolution, and closure.2. Trust & Safety VerticalReview flagged content such as group photos, messages, videos, and other media.Ensure compliance with terms of service and abuse standards.Handle sensitive content with professionalism, high tolerance, and resilience. Training & Onboarding You’ll receive comprehensive paid training to get you fully prepared: Account Access: 17 business daysClassic + SMB: 22 business daysSpam Ban Appeals: 16 business daysBusiness Commerce/API Display, WABA & OBA: 17 business days Working Hours Standard hours: 8 AM – 8 PM (local time), including weekends.24/7 shifts may apply depending on project requirements (with rotation).
