Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you’ll be the go-to contact for customer inquiries through various channels—phone, email, live chat, and social media. You’ll support users with account-related questions, payment concerns, and technical troubleshooting, all while ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive, top-tier support across multiple platforms

  • Help users navigate account setup, resolve login issues, and handle payment and tech-related concerns

  • Be a trusted point of contact, particularly for sports-focused customer needs

  • Address feedback with professionalism, empathy, and care

  • Foster customer loyalty through clear and thoughtful communication

  • Maintain service excellence by following internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
