About the Role: As a Travel Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first person customers reach out to when they need help before, during, or after their trip. Using digital channels, you’ll assist with everything from booking questions to itinerary updates, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related concerns—making sure every traveler feels supported at each step.
