Travel: Partial Remote Onsite presence expected up to 2 days/week (flexible) To Athens

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Greek (verbal & written)

Experience Required: 10 to 17 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior Manager / Lead Consultant overseeing the SAP Rollout for client offices in Greece and Italy.

• Take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution of the rollout phases in alignment with project timelines and goals.

• Work closely with local and global business/IT teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Ensure the SAP rollout supports and aligns with business needs within the manufacturing domain.

• Conduct regular onsite engagements (near Athens) for workshops, issue resolution, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 to 17 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on rollout/implementation leadership.

• Strong background in managing SAP Rollouts, preferably across multiple countries or business units.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and system integration.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluency in Greek is mandatory.
