This position is 100% remote, including the training, demanding self-discipline and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless customer service from home. What You Will Do: Account Management: Assist customers with mobile plan changes, service activations, contract renewals, and account security verification.Billing Resolution: Resolve billing disputes, clarify charges, and process refunds accurately and efficiently.Technical Troubleshooting: Provide first-level diagnostics for mobile device connectivity issues, application errors, and network coverage problems.Remote Work Discipline: Maintain productivity and professionalism in a home office setting, managing call volume and documentation requirements effectively.Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality, empathetic service in every interaction, striving for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction scores. Cosa Farai: Gestione dell'Account: Assistere i clienti con i cambiamenti del piano mobile, le attivazioni del servizio, i rinnovi dei contratti e la verifica della sicurezza dell'account.Risoluzione della Fatturazione: Risolvere le controversie di fatturazione, chiarire gli addebiti ed elaborare i rimborsi in modo accurato ed efficiente.Risoluzione Tecnica dei Problemi: Fornire diagnostica di primo livello per problemi di connettività dei dispositivi mobili, errori delle applicazioni e problemi di copertura di rete.Disciplina del Lavoro Remoto: Mantenere la produttività e la professionalità in un ambiente di ufficio domestico, gestendo efficacemente il volume delle chiamate e i requisiti di documentazione.Esperienza del Cliente: Fornire un servizio empatico e di alta qualità in ogni interazione, puntando alla risoluzione al primo contatto e a punteggi elevati di soddisfazione del cliente.
