What Youll Do ️Support customers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch & EnglishManage bookings, changes, cancellations & refundsProvide accurate information on services, payments, and policiesDeliver an exceptional customer experience every timeWork collaboratively to resolve more complex caseMeet quality and performance goals What Were Looking For Fluency in Croatian & English (written & spoken)EU citizenship or Residence Card with Full Market AccessStrong communication & problem-solving skillsCustomer-first mindset and attention to detailAbility to work in a multicultural, international teamPrior customer support experience = big plus ️ Work Conditions Remote within Greece only (no travel/working abroad without approval)Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotations Mon-Sun 10.00 - 19.00 Contract & Compensation Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours/week)1,200 gross x 14 salaries/yearPerformance bonus (details to be confirmed) Benefits Package 14 salaries annually (including Easter + Summer + Christmas bonuses)Private Health & Life Insurance25 days annual leave50 monthly meal voucherPerformance bonus opportunities ️Relocation Support (for candidates abroad) Up to 300 gross relocation reimbursement3 weeks hotel accommodationFull legal & onboarding assistanceArrival 7 days before start date required Ready to build your career in the travel industry?
