Job Title: Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative Location: Remote (In Greece) Start Date: Training begins on March 9, 2026 Interview Deadline: February 25, 2026 About the Role: Were looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general supportensuring a positive and efficient service experience. What We Offer: Gross Salary: 1,100.00 Salary Progression: After 3 years: 1,150.00 (Increase effective from the first available payroll cycle after the completion of the timeframe) Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of your gross salary, based on performance Up to 300.00, subject to target achievement Training: From home Work Model: Fully remote Relocation Package (if applicable): ️ Flight ticket (inside the EU) 2 weeks hotel accommodation Airport pickup upon arrival Real estate agency fee covered Work from Home Information: If relocating, Work-from-Home location is Athens If local, Work-from-Home is possible anywhere in Greece Requirements: Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Previous customer service experience is an advantage
