This is a full-time, remote position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions. Role Description: Assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information.Ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades.Enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms. Requirements: Fluency in Croatian (C1/native) and good command of English Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage calls, chat, and back-office tasks Already based in Greece (mandatory for remote roles) Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused What We Offer Fully remote position (within Greece) Competitive salary package Performance-based bonuses Private health insurance and other benefits (depending on project) International work environment Full training and continuous coaching Supportive and multicultural team Flexible schedules Start date from January 2026 (or later depending on availability)* Other similar projects may be presented depending on your profile* Interested or know someone who might be?
