Will be reporting to the Complex Director of Restaurant Manager, and supporting the team of each Restaurant Manager:
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
- Create epicurean memories for the Guests in our Fine Dining Outlets, bars, and other F&B Outlets and Venues
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
- University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master's degree)
- Working knowledge of Micros
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
- WSET Level 1 or 2 in Wines would be an asset
- HACCP or EFET certification will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level, additional languages are an asset
- Strong people and project management skills
- Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
- Organizing skills and coordination ability
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
- EU National or Resident of Greece
