Nordsbroad is a global streaming platform seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support in Norwegian. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and delivering top-notch technical assistance.
About the RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to offer timely and accurate solutions to customers' technical issues via phone, email, and chat. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your fluency in Norwegian and advanced English, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to foster a supportive work environment.
- Offer recommendations and guidance on common technical issues and frequently asked questions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely via various channels, ensuring speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Native Norwegian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Tech-savvy individual with a willingness to help and assist customers.
- Able to relocate to Athens, Greece (optional).
- EU passport required.
