Master Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Cook to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong sense of culinary creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A certificate in culinary arts or relevant field is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pastry recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to create and update dessert menus, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Train new pastry assistants and bakers when necessary, ensuring they adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or relevant field.
• Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
