Real Estate Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Specialist to enhance our real estate services.

This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property listing experiences, managing buyer and tenant relationships, and facilitating seamless real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new property listings by engaging with property owners
Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the Athenian Riviera
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time and transactions effectively
Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
The owner or holder of a means of transportation is required.
