The job requires:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Visual Store Merchandising.
2. Knowledge of the basic techniques for creating an attractive environment for our customers.
3. The ability to apply the retail brand strategy in their area of expertise, collaborating with other departments within the company.
4. The capacity to train and motivate their team towards achieving tangible results in serving and satisfying the customer.
5. Strong leadership skills.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Familiarity with English language and usage of H/Y.
8. Degree from a University (AEI / TEI / Private College).
9. Completed military service for male applicants.
