IT Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT leader to spearhead the management and continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that support and align with our overall objectives.
• Oversee the configuration, daily support and optimization of applications and systems to streamline processes and automate tasks.
• Implement and monitor security policies to safeguard systems and data, and manage digital risks in collaboration with senior IT members.
• Lead, manage and coordinate the IT team, ensuring high performance and individual development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT roles.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure management is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of web development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
