As an Auction Hub Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the company throughout the onboarding process of acquired assets. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is shaping the future of real estate and distressed investments in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding procedure: Assist in monitoring the onboarding process from auction bidding up to eviction.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain documents and update internal and external systems and files.
  • Administrative support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance. Work closely with the other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate internal and external channels (notaries, bailiffs, legal advisors, asset management providers) for the execution of the relevant process.
  • Prepare presentations and reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
