Job Title: Billing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to join our team as a Billing Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic organization and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing intercompany offers for services provided within the group, offering preparation for projects and services provided to customers, liaising with operations and accounting to establish billing processes and accuracy, utilizing ERP entries to prepare weekly reports, and more.

  • Preparation of Service Contracts for new customers\
  • Day-to-day communication with other departments within the group\
  • Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems\

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • BSc degree in Engineering or Business Economics\
  • 3-5 years of experience in FM/Construction/Services Company\
  • Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP/SAP will be considered as an additional qualification)\
  • Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)\
  • Strong PC literacy\
  • Skilled user Office Excel\
  • A positive and proactive attitude\
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills\
  • Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented\
  • Knowledge of German language will be highly appreciated\
