Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability of our platforms, collaborating with the Level 3 Project Manager to follow up on relevant reporting, and creating SMT PMs/IMs to trigger Jira bridges for different level three teams to follow up on actions.

Additionally, the DevOps Specialist will log, categorize, and prioritize all incidents, requests, problems, and changes, using tools such as Zipkin and other available tools to investigate failures in E2E monitoring tests. They will also ensure a balance of processes and tools used for all projects covered, manage container-based infrastructure, and contribute to improving service and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will operate regularly with UNIX bash and system administration, follow development and release trains, continuous integration, and quality tools, apply best practices of distributed architecture to solve complex integration problems, and participate in creating standard operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in ICT with at least 9 years of working experience in the ICT sector
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a DevOps role
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Capability of rapid self-starting, learning, and of integration in an international/multicultural environment
  • Certifications in DevOps (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

Significant experience in some of the following areas: Storage, Web, Monitoring, Middleware, Testing, Application lifecycle management, GIT, XLRelease, XLDeploy, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Automation, Infra as code.
