We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager.

Job Description

We specialize in assessing and recruiting top talent across various sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for modernizing and delivering all purchasing activities, including machinery, spare parts, materials, and contractor services. You will establish and maintain a structured supplier database, identify new suppliers, and lead negotiations on commercial terms and contractual agreements.

  • Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • You will monitor costs and implement strategies to optimize expenditure.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory, addressing material availability issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of seven years of work experience in a procurement position is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • You must have proven ability to develop and execute strategic procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.

Please note that occasional travel to regional offices may be required.
