Job Description

We are seeking a permanent Project Interface Coordinator for our Katlan FPSO Upgrade project, located offshore Israel. The successful candidate will coordinate interface activities from FEED till start-up, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Katlan FPSO Upgrade delivery manager in delivering a reliable new MEG injection, recovery, and regeneration function to the FPSO for 25 years, safely and to good industry standards.
  2. Undertake the role of Project Interface Coordinator, maintaining the Project Interface Register containing all interface actions and agreements between various internal and external parties.
  3. Contribute to structuring regular internal and external reporting tools and progress trackers in support of the Delivery Manager.
  4. Review and record actions from emails, MOMs, and agreed items from verbal conversations.
  5. Aware of all battery limits, project interfaces, and relevant internal and external parties.
  6. Be aware of the project schedule/contractor schedules, assign and monitor interface actions, deadlines, and expedite to ensure schedule milestone dates are maintained.
  7. Ensure interface actions are resolved between parties without creating variations to the contractors' SOW.
  8. Strive for simple solutions and avoid unnecessary changes, participating in maintaining a no change philosophy as much as reasonably practical.
  9. Ensure standardization across projects and existing facilities.
  10. Participate in design reviews and meetings to record actions and support the Topsides Delivery Manager.
  11. Create reports and presentations as required by the FPSO Upgrade Delivery Manager.
Required Qualifications
  1. B.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably.
  3. Previous project experience as a Project Interface Coordinator.
  4. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  5. Well-organized, good time management, energetic, and self-motivated.
  6. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  7. Mastering in Microsoft office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Words.
  8. Ability to work independently, as well as part of an international team.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a complex and challenging environment.
  10. Ability to work as an effective team player in a small project organization.
  11. Self-motivated and confident with the ability to motivate and expedite all stakeholders.
  12. Ability to travel to contractor offices, fabrication yards, and sub-suppliers works to support the Topsides Delivery Manager.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Energean's Project Development department in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will interact with internal stakeholders, including Production and Engineering, Subsea, HSE, and externally with FEED and EPC contractors.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
