Chief Culinary Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and an ability to lead by example.

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of colleagues, ensuring a positive working environment and excellent colleague relations throughout the kitchen. Key responsibilities include training and developing culinary colleagues, managing food production and stock rotation, and overseeing the smooth running of culinary operations.

• Motivate and lead by example, ensuring all designated action points from daily briefings or operational meetings are followed.
• Check the quality of all food production, ensure live products received are in top condition and oversee stock rotation (FIFO).
• Ensure smooth running of culinary operations, communicate any operational issues to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, and propose new services and products for guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Globally recognized culinary qualification.
• Degree in Hotel and Catering Management (desired).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to be flexible regarding shifts.
