Junior Production Supervisor

Job Title: Junior Foreman - Production

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Foreman to join our Production Department. As a Junior Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of production lines, ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of production lines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions;
• Implementation and adherence to procedures and guidelines of the Production Department;
• Identification and resolution of technical issues during equipment operation;
• Participation in the execution of the preventive maintenance program;
• Management of orders for spare parts and auxiliary materials;
• Contribution to the planning and implementation of improvement actions and department projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute) or a relevant technical field;
• Preferred experience of 0-1 year in a maintenance department (e.g., bearing and belt replacements, basic knowledge of pneumatic systems);
• Good command of the English language;
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding;
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
