Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through face-to-face interactions and digital communication tools. This role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills to drive impactful business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with HCPs, fostering open dialogue and mutual understanding.
- Develop and execute tactical plans tailored to individual territories, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
- Identify and analyze medical, scientific, and therapeutic area opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights for improvement.
This field-based position covers the Thessaloniki area, offering a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration within our global biopharmaceutical company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- University degree in pharmacy or related science field.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology (Dermatology & Rheumatology).
- Ability to establish successful networks and engage effectively with key opinion leaders and physicians.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with high levels of impact and influence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with proficiency in Greek and English languages.
