Financial Analyst Position

Energean is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. The role involves preparing, gathering and interpreting technical, financial and economic data for strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update financial models using historical data and provide forecasts based on various industry-related metrics.
  • Conduct economic analysis for existing/new oil and gas projects across Greece, Israel, Italy, Egypt, and Croatia.
  • Analyze financial metrics in specific projects, including revenue, profitability, cost, etc.
  • Apply sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in preparation of management presentations and external stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, banking, or advisory.
  • Big 4 and/or Oil & Gas/Energy Industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language (oral and written communication).
