Home Retail Team Lead

As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by driving commercial growth and ensuring the availability of products. You will be accountable for implementing actions to improve brand capital, ICSS, and KPIs, while steering towards maximizing commercial performance.

You will act as an Acting Shop Manager when needed, ensuring that all company guidelines are followed at all times. You will closely monitor and control operating costs and KPIs related to your area of responsibility, supporting cashiers' operations, and assessing/agreeing/amending shift schedules.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong people management skills, achievement drive, initiative-taking, and problem-solving abilities. You should have a good command of Greek & English language, knowledge of MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
