French Speaking Property Management Support Professional

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for real estate and are skilled at providing exceptional customer service to clients in need of property management support. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Real Estate Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to French-speaking clients regarding real estate management inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to property listings, leasing agreements, and services provided.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and property managers to address client needs efficiently.
- Keep customers informed about property availability, services provided, and relevant real estate regulations.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
