Luxury Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architect to contribute to the creation and maintenance of luxury interiors, working closely with our Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with our high-end brand standards.
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents, including layouts, material, and furniture selections.
• Oversee the selection of high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, and decorations, develop furniture specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals, managing projects from concept to completion.
• Provide on-site support, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 4 years of experience, preferably with exposure to luxury residential projects.
• Understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building codes, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,500 -€1,800 net per month, depending on experience.
