A bilingual customer expert is needed to enhance the online presence of businesses and entrepreneurs across the world's most famous search engine.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with superior Italian language skills and customer service mindset, who will join our team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will provide assistance to businesses, improving their reputation and providing insights into how customers search for them.
The role involves becoming a digital expert after intense product training, consulting clients to enhance their online visibility, investigating issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Superior Italian language skills and customer service mindset.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to use desktop computer systems, Internet applications, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem - docs, sheet, slides etc.)
- Familiarity with Chrome OS & Android Operating systems.
