Job Description:This position requires an individual who is skilled in handling consumer inquiries and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will be able to respond promptly, accurately record customer interactions, and maintain up-to-date records of all support calls and emails.
The selected candidate will work closely with clients to resolve complaints and provide solutions to common problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and record consumer inquiries via phone and email;
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensure client complaints are dealt with promptly and logged accordingly;
- Answer and resolve support calls and emails within agreed timeframes;
- Troubleshoot through open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Native or fluent German language skills;
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level);
- Good writing speed (20 words per minute);
- Active listening skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Effective troubleshooting skills.
