We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards building our brands' future and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing communications, planning media campaigns, monitoring KPIs and budgets, and launching new products to the market. Additionally, they will handle packaging artwork development and brand performance monitoring.
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is an asset. They should also have 1-3 years of experience working in Brand Management or Marketing Communications, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Key skills include:
- Experience in packaging artwork development and handling
- Experience in digital communication and Social Media content development
- Solid numerical and analytical skills coupled with a creative and innovative mindset
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time and deliver high-quality results on time
