Στόχος της θέσης αυτής είναι η προετοιμασία και έκδοση αδειών εργασίας, καθώς και η καθημερινή οργάνωση αντίστοιχων αδειών εισόδου στο εργοστάσιο.

Η νυσσικοποίηση των εξωτερικών συνεργειών και του προσωπικού μας είναι επίσης μια βασική διαχρείωση αυτής της θέσης.

Επιπλέον, το μηνιαίο σύνολο και αναφορά δεδομένων ασφαλείας, οι εκπαιδεύσεις ΥΑΕ στους εργολάβους και στο προσωπικό της εταιρίας μας, καθώς και η τήρηση ετήσιου πλάνου Υγείας & Ασφάλειας των ενεργειών και του συστήματος Διαχείρισης ΥΑΕ είναι σημαντικές αρμογότητες που πρέπει να پوشέψουν οι υποψήφιοι.

Για την επιτυχία στην θέση αυτή απαιτούνται ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργανωτικότητας και ομαδικότητας.

Περιγραφή Θέσης:
  • Προετοιμασία και έκδοση αδειών εργασίας
  • Καθημερινή οργάνωση αντίστοιχων αδειών εισόδου στο εργοστάσιο
  • Διενέργεια καθημερινών ελέγχων/επιστασίας στα εξωτερικά συνεργεία και στο προσωπικό μας
  • Μηνιαία συλλογή & αναφορά δεδομένων ασφαλείας
  • Εκπαιδεύσεις ΥΑΕ στους εργολάβους και στο προσωπικό της εταιρίας μας
  • Τήρηση ετήσιου πλάνου Υγείας & Ασφάλειας των ενεργειών και του συστήματος Διαχείρισης ΥΑΕ
  • Χρήση των εργαλείων ασφάλειας (π.χ. λογισμικό)
  • Έλεγχος πληρότητας Safety Documentation και αρχειοθέτηση αυτού
