Chief Brand Ambassador

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that enhances the brand's presence, driving business growth and ensuring a consistent image across all channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
• Manage the hotel's website presence and develop high-quality content aligned with the hotel's brand standards
• Oversee social media channels and digital tools, implementing campaigns and managing relationships with third-party platforms
• Contribute to email marketing planning and develop targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness and revenue maximization
• Coordinate press trips, PR partnerships, influencer collaborations and media requests
• Lead the creation of marketing materials (collateral, presentations, guest comms, etc.)
• Oversee content production (photo & video shoots) and ensure brand-aligned storytelling
• Orchestrate CSR initiatives with external partners and hotel teams, manage relationships with CSR partners and support in reporting

Key qualifications include:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or PR
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools, email marketing platforms, SEO principles, social media strategy and campaign management
• Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
