We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering technical projects within agreed time and scope.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple technical projects, and will possess strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering multiple technical projects of varying complexity and size
  • Managing technical stakeholders and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Understanding the technical landscape and working with cross-functional teams to define project scope, roadmap, and milestones aligned to delivery strategy
  • Actively managing technical risks and opportunities
  • Organising and facilitating ceremonies with technical teams
  • Conceptualising key technical principles, aims, and objectives to map the impact on current systems, processes, applications, and tools
  • Ensuring that technical project reporting is up-to-date and well communicated to stakeholders
  • Producing well-defined technical delivery plans that outline key project activities, their sequence, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborating across operations and technology groups to agree on optimum technical solutions aligned to the technical strategy

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and Project Management Tools/Reporting Practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and management
  • Result-driven, with ability to prioritise work effectively and overcome any issues that may occur during project life cycle

The following will be considered an advantage:

  • PMP/Prince II or Agile/Scrum certifications
  • Experience and knowledge of engineering, programming, or technical professional experience
  • Experience and knowledge of different infrastructure tools, platforms, and technical process models and documentation
