Database Manager Opportunity

The role of Database Manager is critical to the success of our recruitment campaigns. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee and optimize our candidate databases, designing and executing data-driven talent attraction strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, update, and analyze candidate databases.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns based on client needs.
  • Automate communication strategies (email, SMS, social recruiting).
  • Analyze data to improve candidate engagement and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job role requirements.
  • Utilize CRM & ATS tools for data and campaign management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (preferably Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
  • 1-2 years of experience in database management or digital recruitment campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, CRM, ATS).
  • Understanding of bulk communication tools (email marketing, automation tools).
  • Strong analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and reporting skills.
