We are seeking individuals with a passion for sustainable living to join our Customer Experts team.
- Our team assists platform members with their purchases in Vinted, the largest online international C2C marketplace in Europe dedicated to second-hand fashion.
- We are committed to sustainability and social impact, and we turn every transaction into a happy customer.
As a primary point of contact for customer requests, you will represent Vinted and handle continuous communication via ticketing and chat with platform members regarding incidents, issues, and questions.
You will resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client.
Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures.
What You Will Bring- Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills
- Good English reading and writing skills (B2+ level)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-minded and empathetic, ability to independently support customers
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer Service experience is preferred
