As a Mechanical Engineer at Sol Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and property during planned maintenance work. You will implement or align preventive maintenance plans with applicable guidelines and forecast and control the yearly maintenance budget.
You will also organize corrective maintenance, collect and report main KPIs, manage the stock of spare parts, and analyze maintenance data to propose improvements. Additionally, you will discuss these improvements with various teams, experts, and suppliers.
RequirementsWe are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a very good technical background. You should have good knowledge of mechanics, instrumentation, and PLC. Experience working with contracting, procurement, cost control, budget follow-up, and investment calculations is also required.
You should be able to manage the complete overhaul of a unit and/or a new project. A working understanding of procedures and mandatory regulatory requirements for process equipment maintenance is essential. You should also be able to manage other people and have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent job with a 100% working hours schedule. You will work in a round-the-clock shift and will be responsible for managing other people. You should have a driving license and own a car.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is proficient in English language speaking and writing. You should be able to make decisions under pressure and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
